We were recently at Glenfinnan Viaduct and got a spectacular view of The Jacobite!
Our tips would be to view it on its way to Mallaig, arrive no later than 15 minutes after it departs Fort William, and claim a spot up the hill behind the viaduct. There were easily 100 people there, so the earlier you arrive, the more likely you'll get an unimpeded view.

It's such a shame you never got the weather at Glen Coe.

I was there over the weekend end and the sun was blazing over the 3 sisters, and as a born and bred Scotsman, I'm ashamed to admit, this was my first time seeing it, and it's only 2 hours from me.

But oh my, when you see photos of it, nothing prepares you to seeing it with your own eyes. It almost looks unnaturally beautiful. Like artificial. Incredible place.

Hopefully if you guys get back, the sunshine's bright for you. Great video.

Hey you guys thanks for sharing I was worried you might miss those majestic hills in Glencoe…I’ve still got a lump in my throat from when you said twice that you didn’t want to leave the 3 sisters car park…Scotland gets under your skin and you end up leaving a piece of your soul there ❤

Even Nessie showed up for you, good video guys, you can't beat the highlands.
Lived in Scotland all my life, but the highlands always make me feel it is my real home, so relaxing, no stress just peace and quiet.

I'm glad that Scotland revealed a sneak peak of its beauty and wonder at the end of the video. You really need to spend some more time here to feel the spirit of the North. Next time consider booking a night or two in one of the castles and enjoy the fireplace after a distillery tour or a good hike.

I enjoyed the video guys very well done. This is not a criticism just a correction on how to pronounce Urquhart castle. the way to pronounce it is Urkhart or Urkart I have heard it both ways the most common way is Urkart. I hope this helps.

The first reported sighting of the loch ness monster was actually in 565 not the 18 or 1900s. People were talking about the monster long before that photograph

Visit Scotland but make sure you have spare tyres. I spent 8 hours in cold & rainy weather near Inverness off A9 and recovery service(RAC) couldn’t find any near by recovery vehicle to Newtonmore. With 2 kids , i couldn’t wait any longer than 8 30 pm & found a hotel in Newtonmore Road. Local garages said, I had to visit Perth which is 70 miles away to get new tyres. Though I love the place, I won’t step into Scotland again. It’s dangerous.

When you make the Scottish ch sound, as in loch, when you touch the back of your tongue against the roof of your mouth to make the K sound, leave a little gap and breath out through it.
With a little practice you get it no bother

If you haven't already found out: it seems to be only the little rubber stabiliser things that hold the drone camera in place that have broken and you can buy just the little rubber bits really cheap and it's not too difficult to repair.
