The video was remarkably concise, and I promptly discerned the error. During the status editing, you inadvertently altered "To Do" to "Done" instead of using "Open Request" as you should have. No needed to create open request separately. No need to use "Done" it has standard Closed status as "Complete" in the Bottom. If you want to see Done status to be visible in the list ,Create "Done" and move to "Done Statuses". Thanks once again for the valuable Customer service process flow in Clickup.
