Advaita it’s completely incorrect that Suhel Seth is stating. He needs to understand the law. No one can refuse to file an affidavit. In fact you can file an FIR anywhere. Police cannot close the FIR without consulting with applicant. I am surprised Mr. Seth is talking about laws without 2 sides as he says.

i have been watching this show for very long time and i see that Suhel is the spoiler of this show. Suhel has to keep his mouth shut and keep people thinking that he is intelligent and not open his mouth and prove otherwise. He interfers when other speakers are speaking. Since he is an indian language illeterate, he has problem with law being written in hindi. He should know that Not even 8% of indias population speaks in english. i hope gov will translates the law in other national language also. He can explain his logic or rational in critiquing the law but he is quoting indira jaising and other lawers and saying they are right. In all his discussion and debates i see him attacking the speaker with all borrowed english "quotes". Nothing original. And now he will start searching for english gramatical errors in a non english speaker coment, whereas his own hindi grammer is horse shit
