Honestly so sad the show got cancelled. Chris was such a good host!

Thile has the softest high notes, and I would love to understand because our mandolinist high notes pierce my ear at times.

Any chance of getting this show up and running again? In my all-too many years of concert-going, YouTubing, and just plain listening, I've never been so impressed, moved and edified as I was with the music on this humble show (a victim of The Covid). Maybe it's up and running somewhere else, in this age of streaming; if so, I'd sure like to know. Blessings to all who gave me, my family, and many others so much joy.

Just to keep up with Thile you have to be a master of the craft. Thile is a virtuoso genius with an inhuman memory and ability to improvise. Note that they are skipping tunes with little/no announcement. They are known tunes, but still.

Sounded great! They make it look easy, but many years of practice leads to good improv.

I cannot not see Rik Mayall's head on Chris Thile's body when I am watching this.

It's hard to look downhome when you're playing a quarter million dollars, but shucks if he doesn't get there. Lloyd Loar might live forever.

Way too much introduction and too much jazzing around the main melody theme.
The lovely melodies that we should have heard were obliterated with showing off how fast he can play.
They are better played in Ireland with musicians that don't show off.

Got tired of talk, no music --I left.

Why retire? It is just music.

Everything Music should be. Three incredibly talented musicians, just playing for the joy of it. So sad that so few people even know who Chris Thile is.
