If spaming delete does not work for you, spam F2 when restarting. Worked for me perfectly

My ram is rated for 5600 but runs at 4800. In my bios there are two settings that set it for 5600 but neither of them work, instead just a faulty boot that brings me back to bios.

I had 16gb 3200mhz ram in my pc and when i first built it and did this process to set it to 3200mhz it worked as shown, but i just upgraded to 32gb 3600mhz and did the same steps as before, exactly as shown in the video and my pc would then be a brick, lights and fans would run but keyboard, mouse, and monitor would not get anything, i had to remove the CMOS battery in order to get my pc to boot again, what should i do? should i just leave my ram at 2133mhz?

yeah even with xmp enabled or disabled with me changing the ram to 3600 which is what its rated for it keeps showing up 2400mhz both in the bios ddr speed but not setting and in windows what do ido?

I have a msi motherboard but no matter what i do, either manually set it to 3200mhz or use xmp the speed in task manager doesnt go over 1600mhz i dont know what to do

If I have 4 slots , will it optimize all4 ? Because at this very given moment . I’m getting blue screen and while testing to see which stick is messed up. I came across this video .. I checked my ram freq…. It was auto… so I’m wondering . Can that be the issue ??? 🤔 this is my 1sr build btw
