So i was really active for 18 days smth and did 2 hours working everyday but then i stopped due to some issues in family and after 8-9 days I'm back here to start another workout routine (1 hours daily)
I'm 48 kg rn and my goal is 45 and some abs+ good posture ofc!!

ОтветитьI'm going to do this workout for a month to see if it is actully helpful. my goal for this month is to get slimmer body, to improve my cardio and to manage to do this workout without any breaks, i also want to lose some weight.
start position(07/10/2023)
right leg - 58 cm, left leg - 58.5 cm weiste - 71 cm, weight - 57.75 kg
day one - i already did this workout yesterd, i had a lit of breaks and some of the exersices i couldn't do beacause it was really hard for me/.
Day 2 - still one of the hardest workout i've ever done! i had 2 extra breaks, better than yesterday :)
i did this while i was breaking in a new pair of jeans. i think that was the hardest i worked in years

Let's start with doing this for (at least) ten days:
Day 01- skipped jumping jacks, jack knives and also the last 2 minutes into the video. OVERWHELMINGLY OVERWHELMED. Stomachache throughout the day.
Day 02- Exactly same as day 01 but I could only do 12m 24s this time for some reason?
High school has broken my years of fitness in months 😞 i was able to do this without breaks now i can't complete it 😞 wish me luck 🤞💔

Im going to do it by now . wish me luck because im 25 yeard old and im above 75 kg . I was 75kg before too and went down to 53kg during covid but in a year I have gained again . This time I won't be giving up. I'll keep updating ❤❤❤.
