What will your approach be if your csv do not have headernames?

This was very clear and helpful.
Follow on question - is it possible to get the copy data activity within the ForEach to populate an extra column in each destination table with a file load date? For example, if loading new files every day, and the pipeline is triggered daily, can the copy data activity also write the processing date to each row of each destination table so you can see in the different destination tables what data was added on what date?
