ОтветитьBrandon, what I noticed in a lot of scripts, at one point the agent would say "With the market being so good right now...." But the thing is, the market is not considered good right now. Is there any other way you would suggest for the agent to say as we are in this volatile market?

Brandon you always say we must detach from the outcome please elaborate how cause we set a target that I want to go on face to face appointment with sellers then while you're doing the prospecting you automatically keep track of how far you still have to go or how much appointment you've set already

ОтветитьDevils advocate here.... Although that is a good rebuttal, it's STILL not an answer to "Do you have a buyer? They are looking for a YES or NO answer. You don't answer with the word "GREAT"

ОтветитьForgive me for being dense, but something I've never understood - I definitely don't want to lie and do a bait and switch, but when we ask them if they're open to working with a buyer's agent if that agent has a qualified buyer, isn't the prospect getting the impression that we are in fact that buyer's agent, and that we do indeed have a buyer that we are ready to bring them? I know if I were the prospect and I heard an agent tell me that, I'd make the assumption that I was talking to an agent that did in fact have a qualified buyer ready to go. What am I missing? Thank you for all you do, joining FSBO Dom this week. Word.

ОтветитьHi Brandon! I was wondering how you would handle a FSBO who responds that they're not doing previews? I was utilizing this script and as I was just finishing the commentary "...I couldn't find anywhere"...the FSBO hit me with "We don't do previews". I didn't know where to go with this type of response, they added by asking if I had a pre-qualified buyer...I responded that I did not at this time and before I could respond with anything he added that if I did not have a pre-qualified buyer at this time, he had no interest in further talking. I said, I'll see what I can do and ended the call :(

I literally don’t even have my supra key from my local association of realtors LOL but because of Brandon’s tips, I got the listing! I’m in my first week as a realtor! Ответитьwell your saying your not going to lie by saying your not bringing a buyer but yet you say are you willing to work with a buyers agent. Then set the appointment having them expect that you are showing up for that.

Is I noticed most of the coaches repeat the same thing over and over in different ways and it is very frustrating to listen to. We got it the first time! I would really like more information on your follow up. What do you you say, text, mail or email them every week until the home sells or the decided to list it? Again, thank you for the informative video!!!!

ОтветитьHi, this must be the 5th response of, " ARE YOU HERE TO LIST MY PROPERTY?" I had one man, screaming at me this morning claiming the reason why he doesn't work with agents is bc of how untruthful they are.... another woman, claimed to be a broker from another state, AND saying she knows how this works, and will only work with clients, not even with agents.... so in your opinion how would you handle the immediate, are you here to list your home? My response, im here to help you however way I can... and it seemed to get them even more angrier with me! And dont get me wrong.... im with a top firm... so.. help a girl out!!
