Just a heads up, the Lord of Change has 9 shots with his big gun not 6. As a tzeentch player I still agree that 285 is on the super pricey side but just thought I'd point this out incase you conclude from that singular round of shooting that he's flat out useless. 9 shots sustained D3 can be very good into a lot of things (although I wish it was flat 3 or even 2 damage because D3 is so annoying when you roll bad)
