I thought the Howard the Duck scenes were just hilarious, even if they didn't add to the plot. In its place, I would put scenes from Friday the 13th Part 5, especially the one where the waitress flashes herself in the bathroom mirror.

"Swordfish" also sprung to my mind. What a fuss for what you can see in most beaches ! (Especially since the film sucked goats bollocks.) But I'd vote for Anne Parillaud in "Innocent Blood".

The 1991 movie Hear My Song has a pointless nude scene featuring Tara Fitzgerald. Especially considering its supposed to be a comedy drama about Josef Locke starring Ned Beatty.

The infamous "The Beast of Yucca Flats," starring Tor Johnson and riffed on classic MST3K, had a couple of partial nude scenes which were in there for no other reason than the director liked seeing semi-naked women on camera. The first one ran before the opening credits as what seemed to be a flash-forward showing Tor as the "Beast" being particularly monstrous right off the bat, but there's no point in the film where it could have taken place. Neither scene has ANYTHING to do with the film (and MST3K had to chop around both scenes since, you know, the show is still PG). Talk about pointless and gratuitous.
