WHAT THE FUCK💀
ОтветитьVery nice
ОтветитьThe catwalk-style 'sashay' is not feminine, per se...and is a dangerous way for anyone to walk! Many physiotherapists refer to this style of walk as a 'bilateral limp' - and for good reason. Walking with your hips dropped, pelvis tilted back (butt and tummy both sticking out) and your hips swaying from side to side (in order to tread that straight line) commonly causes 'hip or back pain, and weakness of their gluteal muscles'. The foot-stomping that is typical of this walk can also negatively impact your joints.
Man or woman, you'd be better off imitating a ballerina or dancer in your walk: standing tall, with a neutral pelvis (if you're not sure what this is, pilates will be your new best friend). Good posture, and balanced mechanics will naturally lead to more graceful movement.
Not everything that the modern 'stereotypical woman' does is womanly or feminine.
I wish I didn’t have such ridiculously large feet. I wear a women’s 15 (US), so finding heels to practice in isn’t super realistic
ОтветитьIt's about anatomy of the hip 😅
ОтветитьI’m a biological woman and I’m looking this up because trauma caused me to act masculine throughout my whole life. I’ve been working on it with my therapist and am confident in being vulnerable enough to be the woman I am now ❤
ОтветитьShe's a good walker
ОтветитьROFL 🤣 🤡
ОтветитьTysm.
ОтветитьI love the tips you've given me. I wear my heels every chance I get. I've even vacuumed in heels and it was so much fun. Entering into womanhood is so exciting for me. My walk has become so much more feminine and I love it
Ответитьthank you for the tips
ОтветитьThanks so much for your help to make this work for me cuz I have forgotten how been a long time since I've been a little sexy public and how I used to dance in my high heels and had such fun 💃💃👌👌🖐🖐💋💋💋💋
ОтветитьI swing my arms from side to side. This makes my hips swivel to naturally place my steps in that straight line.
