Must read IMO for entrepreneurs. It will change the way you think about your business. If you find yourself on the perpetual cycle of paying bills and having nothing left over for yourself then this book will be extremely helpful to you.

The idea is allocating any deposit to different bank accounts as soon as you receive it and then using psychological techniques to help you work within the parameters you have left. You will be forced to confront your business problems head on and cut unnecessary expenses. The book is much more than that though, I don't want to sell it short.
