You’re still on the public side being the original creditor. You do not want to be a creditor. You want to be the beneficiary. You have to set up your trust in private, hence become a private citizen. Equity….

When I had my SPC done it named me as the trustee, but i sent out form 56 making the treasury trustee. I also gave them POA to manage the funds.

So it seems to me.. what the deal is.. we are led to believe we need to pay taxes. For welfare recipients.. For social security recipients. Even though they take social security out of our paychecks our entire life. For Medicaid and Medicare recipients.. We have to pay for medical insurance out of our paychecks now.
And I find that odd. Because I remember when I worked for my dad. He owns an Air Conditioning company and I was 14 . My dad had maybe 6 employees working for him. And the reason my dad held money out of the guys checks. Was for medical insurance. The thing was. He didn’t have enough employees. So that is why they had to pay out of their paychecks.. So I work at Walmart. And we know they have tons of employees.. but I have to pay $80 a month for my medical benefits.. hum?
But my point was.. the government makes us believe we need to pay taxes to support the all of the programs they have.. And we don’t really say anything because it is helping others.
But it’s not. They are getting the money from these birth certificate trusts.. So they are pocketing these taxes for themselves.. Now that’s the deception.. that is bull shit. I’m just saying..

Now, a repo man came to get vehicle was not here so did not get it, Question can they take that item?
