I am an Undead player and fondly remember watching Sweet and Lucifer's replays.

Lucifer/Susiria were godlike at that time on solo and 2v2. MYM needed only those two to get a 3-0 on old WC3L ... just like 4K only needed Grubby/ToD.

Korean NightElves were something else too. I remember when WE joined WC3L and SoJu/ReMinD changed the 2v2 status-quo of NE/UD to NE/Orc. Or when Check arrived to take over the King of The Hill and maintained his crown against 5 top tier challengers (Sky being one of them iirc).

Good times.... and BTW, in case anyone didn't know, Lucifer actually plays as LuChaeL.

How about a big melee undead?
Abominations with Unholy aura (deathknight), Vampiric aura (dreadlord) and Unholy Frenzy (necromancer).
You can bring a Pitlord as well for some cleavage.

You have to hurt it before it hurts u, I also discovered that with my girlfriend.

always found it enjoyable understanding the dota mechanics (like the devour magic from destroyers lended to outworld destroyer in dota) that were burrowed from melee games and how Icefrog was first of all a wc3 player

That was a good time in WC3. Still pissed off that WCG didn't give me my travel stipend in '05 just because I was an unknown player. Would have been cool to meet you all in Singapore.

It's also insane to me that ShowTime wasn't there despite being rank 1 on 3 of the 4 servers AND having ranks 1, 2 and 3 on Asia at the same time lmfao.

have we've ever gotten a destroyers only game yet? because im pretty sure that would be really entertaining to watch, like just mass destroyers lol. and i specifically mean destroyers not the statues so like.. guess ya could make em and just not use em untill you get the upgrade... pretty sure that would be really devastating to the enemy or do... literally nothing lol.

When you explained about korean undead, that reminds me of something.... If you play Tekken, there's something called Back-dash. Then the korean had to create something more complicated but more effective, and they call it Korean Backdash. The Koreans are really crazy gamer with great tech

4K^FoV my favorite wc3 player of all time. I watched every replay of him, i could get and tried to learn from it. His undead was on another level like Grubby said and the race wasn't that strong like today.

I loved the intro of this challenge and this history of the korean Undeads. Also specifically having Grubby name all the players to encourage other people to go see their games too really shows his passion and care for the game. Thank you!
