Playstation VR2 full announcement (with VR2 Sense controllers)

I want to let Sony know that, my experience with psvr2 was great, however I would like them to upgrade it to psvr2 pro. I have a few issues that I strongly believe Sony can fix. Make the head set wireless. Yes. This is a big one. Make the head set wireless, where it connect using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Some how, the Wi-Fi connection would be even better. Let it be able to play with wire or without wire, optional. So those who have no Wi-Fi or if the battery is dead they can just connect and play. The same wire charge the batter in it, that can easily be replace. If Sony do this, it would be very very nice. The other thing is the battery can be place at the back. The other upgrade is, enable finger tracking, an option to calibrate your fingers where some games can be played without controllers. Build the head phone into the head piece so nothing don’t have to stick in your ears. Or something that will not keep falling out. I have my home theater system, and am good with hearing. However, if Sony can just upgrade to wireless, that would be nice. They don’t have to make a psvr3. I don’t want to wait forever for that. Simply upgrade to psvr2 pro. I know they can make it wireless. Pllzzzzzzzzzzz. I would love if Sony improve their media room on the ps5. On the vr2, why there is no nice vr experience watching movies? Why Sony remove internet browser? And they need to notify rockstar to have grand theft on VR2.

The design looks pretty modern. Isn't this the one with Mediatek's first VR SoC?

Interesting how the Sony PlayStation used the mediatek chipset to make the VR2 more effective and affordable. Great specs there.

PlayStation 5 need to bring back the 3D feature. I have to switch from 5 to 4, to watch 3D. I’m glad I didn’t sale my PlayStation 4 when 5 came out. PS5 will never be complete, without the 3D features.

Have they solved the sickness though?

Is anyone else excited about having joysticks this time around??? I hated navigation on psvr1. You either had to teleport or push a button and point the controller in the direction you wanted to go and it often times was very awkward. It meant you had to move to a point, stop, attack your enemy, then walk to do anything. This time around movement will be sooo much more fluid! I can’t wait!

RealitySense controllers would’ve been a better name.

PSVR 1: gimmicky, practically only for broke people
PSVR 2: better than most VR headsets for PC

It's been 2 years and still nothing amazing but they are coming SOON. URE5 and engines similar r going to change everything. I'll start playing my PS5 again..Can't wait.

Sony ait playing and is going for oculos life lol. This preview looks 10x better than anything on oculus. If it's like this is a totally game changer.

Hearing is not stuffing plastic in your ears. Im hard of hearing but hate in-the-ear on-the-ear over-the-ear junk. I would rather be deaf and not ever hear a person speak or birds chirp than to stuff plastic in my ears.

Playstation Home VR!!!! I haven't bought a ps5. But if it had Home I would. Home was sooo innovative at the time. It had distance volumes and that was awesome. With new horizons PS digital world in VR would be awesomeness

800 PPI per eye is way ahead of the Quest 2.

Yeah what about games? will they make like one vr game in 2 years? because if that's the case then this vr will be garbage no matter the specs.......a dust collector

I've always said that Sony PS could slay the VR market if they really wanted to. There's so much potential with the release of PSVR2. PS5 is such a powerful system, the skies the limit! I hope it gets the proper software support!

I'll get back into VR when they stop doing those stupid floating hands and give a full body/ full immersion experience.
Anyone who is fine with floating hands is keeping us from getting there.
