hii .. i have a question.. so hydralazine is a direct arteriolar vasodilator and so it's supposed to increase COP and renal and cerebral blood flow and such.. but i want to ask.. how does it affect uteroplacental perfusion? does it increase or decrease it?

Just like to emphasize that a female under 18 is not a woman but a child. Thus, increased risk for pre-E in anyone under 18 should highlight the reproductive immaturity of children/teens and the dangers pregnancy has on them (whether it be s/t SA or personal choice likely without proper repro education). These semantics might seem small, but they're quite important actually. Especially in an educational video.
