ОтветитьFor a women who gets her period monthly, what if she tracks her cycle, has carbs in what should be theb7 days prior to her period, but then it is late. Not just 1-3 days late, but like a week or even 2 late? Should she keep eating carbs til she menstruates, or after the 7 days of carbs and it doesn't come as expected, switch back to ketosis? I know this is super granular, but, curious, cause that happened to me last month, and it was so confusing and couldn't figure out what I should actually do.
