I am going to try advice from KTM Race Techs with regard to the 690cc single, to use 15w60 300V. They have seen huge improvement and longevity over the 10W50 and better auto timing chain tensioner function with that motor.

Both engines are different type and different manufacturers so you got different results. Based on your test the result you give on comparison is not correct. It is two different topics. For better result the comparison should be done on both same engine a, which will give perfect result for your hard work. But it’s a good try to manipulate people.
