Paano kung result sa step 2 ng Quartile ay walang decimal?

Does it mean that if the value is not an integer, such that it is in a decimal form, we have to use the interpolation?. Is it still accurate if i will use the position for those answers ending in 0.5? And i will round up or round down depending if it is on the left or the rights side of the median?

Very well explained... Thanks for sharing. I just want to point out a minor slip regarding Q3 = 53.25, the interpretation should be 75% of teachers has an age of 53.25 or less (not 30%).
