How to report a marriage fraud?

How about if you get accused by the embassy of marriage fraud for no apparent reason just because they felt like it and made things up or they just have a hunch nothing to backup their claims!! It’s ridiculous and inhumane in some cases and causes extreme suffering and hardship for the husband and the wife!

I been trying to figure this out I’m tired of talking to automated systems

I found out in Febuary that my Filipina wife has a husband she was dead but through a PI I found out he is alive and there is no death certificate for him. Im in Oregon and she is in Florida now. I was granted a annulment in september and then she filed for a divorce in Florida and found out she is engaged now. Ive sent a fraud report to USCIS but cant find the link to send the documents proving all this. Is there a actual address that I can send a CD with the infor or paperwork via snailmail?

immigration in the U.S. is the only situation where citizens have even less rights than the immigrants themselves, practically zero. They don't care if it violates your religion.
There is only one piece of hope for citizens married to an illegal immigrant. If you are member of the military or a vet you can apply for Military parole in place.
This waives illegal entry for you spouse and then you can apply for a green card without having to leave the country. It's not guaranteed. Its at the discretion of immigration, but its unlikely it will be rejected unless your spouse has committed other crimes. Of course you have to confirm your marriage is legit first.
It also can be rescinded at anytime, and if that happens wile your spouse is out of the country you are screwed because a 10 year bar to reentry will be in place.

marrying a U.S citizens is unlikely going to get you legal status. It doesn't wipe out illegal entry, illegal stay, or any other crimes.
i -130 is just a form to make money for the government.

I left my ex in the middle of the green card process. After he got his conditional green card 3-5 months later after we got a kitten I wanted a baby and he said we were never having kids. I thought he was joking. We talked I night. I left him the next day. I will not give up being a mother for anyone. I was and am devastated I only wanted one marriage and I am so young still. Looking back on it we were young madly in love. We lived together at his parents. Got married 9 months later, 6 months later started the green card process. Our second anniversary passed on June 1. Court for divorce on 10/19 23. With is separating what happens next for him, I will always love him, but needed to do what was best for me. I deserved better.

I sent a tip to ICE due to marriage fraud of a U.S. Citizen through K1 Fiance visa

My husband married me to receive green card which I didn't know until last month He applied for I-751 on May 30th, I don't know how to withdraw the form because it's a joint form. Thank you for your help.

My ex claimed I didn’t file the I-130 while under oath and on court documents. I was completely duped and not a part of his scheme to defraud USCIS. So he meant to say, I didn’t fulfill my obligation to take care of him (after supporting him for 5 years prior to his arrival). So my understanding is that the affidavit of support is my responsibility of providing for him if he becomes a burden on the government (like financial assistance). What do you think? And also my ex makes 6 figures a year, drives 2 luxury vehicles and owns three trucking companies…and he’s lying just to keep his player lifestyle and women in line 😂

There are various scams of these types of marriages. There are many refugees that have come from the Kurdish region to the uk and have tried to disguise themselves as Iranian, Iraqi or Syrian. It was scam when they registered with the home office upon arriving to the uk. For some reason these people tried to cover up there Kurdish identity. It may be due to there own Kurdish community ancestry as gypsys. Many of these men and women make there fake relationship with other country people through marriage layering to hide there identities. Can you do a video about the 10 year green card? I’m a survivor of marriage fraud. We never lived together (longer than 3 months at a time), and I was duped and thought we were in a bonafide marriage. I really wish we could form a class action lawsuit bc not only Embassy made the mistake of granting the visa for my ex; he had a flag in his record for trying to come over before and was denied for fraud. I’m dedicated to trying to bring awareness and hopefully help change laws for citizens who were used for a green card.
