ОтветитьCan't thank you enough. I can finally get some traction in my Stats course.
ОтветитьLife saver
ОтветитьYou opened my eyes, thank you sir!
ОтветитьTHANK YOU SO MUCH 😭😭😭🩷🩷🩷🩷
ОтветитьNice explanation. You have made me understand this topic better
ОтветитьHi Mr. Mario, For the "Cat" word problem, why is it that we do 3 combination 3 to find the number of ways to choose the letters: C, A, T, rather than doing 3 permutation 3 as the order matters. ----> since the letters must be arranged in a order in which it spells "cat"?
ОтветитьThis is the one basic math subject that I never understand.
ОтветитьSeven delegates are to address a meeting. If a particular
speaker is to speak before another particular speaker, find the
number of ways in which this can be arranged.
I have an interesting exercise, where I cannot seem to find the answer: We have 30 balls and 15 red, 10 green, 5 blue. Now the question would be: We choose 6 from those 30 balls and at least 3 of them have to be green. How many combinations are there?
Can we reduce this to the basic nCr problem or is it a combination of nPr and nCr? Or is it just 10 chose 3 * 20 choose 3? So: 10! / ((10-3)!*3!) * 20!/((20-3)*3!) because we can abstract to green and non-green?
Wait ? 8x7x8 is 336 ?
ОтветитьFor the last question why didn't you divide by 10C4 bc u are choosing 4 from the 10
Ответить5th Q should be 1/120 not 1/20. Great video!
ОтветитьI'm glad that I watched this before the exam.
ОтветитьFor #10, should the answer actually be 20,159? Since it says to form a new word, you'd subtract the word geometry from the total possibilities.
Ответитьwithout using a calculator, can question 5 be simplified using the factorial method were we cancel out like terms? I got a different answer when i used that method.
Ответитьsaved me in my math test
ОтветитьI didn't get the last one
ОтветитьMr mario was watching your videos yesterday and just to let you know youre better than my private tutor. ive grapsed the concept a bit but im still struggling. hope you can help me more
ОтветитьFor #13 I'm realizing you "could" also add in the number of ways, 359° degrees before it's the same orientation of the circle XD
ОтветитьThank you for your video. I have a question.
For no.5, I solved it as typical counting, and I got different answers. Can you explain where did I do wrong?
(Not Replacing) 1/6*1/6*1/6=1/216
(Replacing) 1/6*1/5*1/4=1/120
For #8 wouldn't it be 13C5/52C13? Because you need the chance of diamonds not a smaller 5 set?
ОтветитьCheers for this descriptive lesson, I learnt SOOO much!!!!
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьFantastic
ОтветитьHello,Teacher..In no.5, we have to find "CAT" and I just think this is matter for order but I was wrong. Can you explain me why you use Combination in this problem 3C3/6C3..Thank you✨
ОтветитьHi borj jerson
ОтветитьFor Q4, I think it should say "form a team" rather than "form teams" for clarity.
ОтветитьYo just totally saved my life!!!
ОтветитьExcellent video, thank you. The examples really helped clarify the different formulas and the practice was useful.
ОтветитьYou r my superhero
Thank you so much!!!
perfectly done ..............
ОтветитьThank you so much sir! I love your teaching style, it made everything really clear and easy to understand. Please keep doing what you're doing!
ОтветитьThank you so much sir. I was stuck in this chapter for a month. After watching your lesson, I escape.
Ответитьi don't usually comment but this video is just gold
ОтветитьSeven students are in a mathematics class which includes Bram and Yasmin. They will be split into two groups, A and B, where group A will have 3 students and group B will have 4 students. what is the probability that Bram and Yasmin are in the same group
help T_T
this one is the hardest in basic math I just can not understand but memorize the ways to solve and I believe even the ones who made questions can not solve other new quizzes cause I never seen someone on YT can explain them clearly
ОтветитьThat is a repetitive Variation and not repetitive combination formula! the right formula is N!/(R1!*R2!*...*Rn!) where Rn is the element that is repeated by Rn times, N is the total number of elements and n is the index of the element that is repeating.
ОтветитьThank you so much for this video, I find your video is the easiest way to understand because a lot of example is given :) Keep up the good work! I like the way you teach!
ОтветитьPlease work this question : under 30 years 90 BA and 10 MA degrees , and 30 _40 years 20 BA and 30 MA degree , over 40 years 40 BA and 10 MA degree finally random is one. What is the probability of only a BA degree.
Ответитьthanks johnny sin for teaching me this incrediblle sunject.
ОтветитьIn how many ways can a committee of six people be selected from six sets of twins of opposite sex if
(a) everyone is qualified to be in the committee
(b) the committee should have at least a man.
Seriously the best video!!! 😎👏
ОтветитьHello Mr how can i contact you? I have examples that i want to send them as a pic thx
ОтветитьThe wording in number 10 is a little tricky, but if you are asking for a NEW word, then the answer would be 20,160 -1 = 20,159
ОтветитьTHE MOZ
