I'm really trying to give PoE a chance, I've had several attempts but I'd rather study rocket science, it's much easier. I don't know, why does everything have to be so damn complicated?
Why do I have to spend days and weeks on the Internet even though I just want to play in my free time? And what's wrong with the people who play PoE, are they all unemployed?

Would it be possible for a filter to know its a mageblood without hovercheck the belt? is it alot more work or does poe have somekind of safety against that, or is reading the input considered hacking of some sort.

D4 brough back my arpg itch, and poe is scratching it

So I watched this video and Neversink did many examples and explained everything so well, but the new season / event has started and I can't get Neversink to work as I desire.
I'm playing a Ice Priest (wrong name but not the witch) and I want a filter that hides every weapon except wands, staves, and I guess a couple more. Plus I want to hide all the armour from every type except Armour & Evasion, for everything from helms to shields and all the stuff in between, I of course do not wish to hide a 6 link item ever or rares etc... but that is NOT what Filterblade is doing I added all those filters, with the don't include these option through all of them except "Armour and Evasion", I know this isn't actually what i want since it in theory hides the rares but i could live with that if the junk would go away. WHY is this so hard.

Was literally looking for something like this before the league start. Ziz always knows what the people want.

I went through the comments and answered as many questions as I could. Have a good league start!

How do i combine custom sounds with a colorscheme?

I only use the filter to remove the bad items but it's fun hearing how many plus information the non-color blind people get from this. I didn't even know that the items had borders.

Some of us do not give a shit about the value or trade value of an item because we hate GGG's trade system (SSF Only) and refuse to use that shit, so as far as I'm concerned thanks but I would be 100% happy if that was not part of my filter and that you never updated my filter unless the world changed and my ice mage now had a new item that became sweet to have if found.

This was really helpful! I've taken the time to fully customize loot filters in the past, but hearing the rationale behind a lot of things, and the intended use cases for various options really taught me a lot. Thank you Neversink.

This one was really great, I've only ever used a basic filter and been annoyed by all the useless stuff I didn't need that I kept seeing. This will make the upcoming season great I hope!

does the filter automaticly updates on my side every 4 hours aswell? or do i need to redownload it?

Much respect to NeverSink for everything he does. One thing I was thinking may happen is he would get some much needed help to fix his div cards filter.

What I usually suggest anyone to do is... click to show all cards, then go through the list and filter out only very spammy cards. It doesn't matter if a div card for Alpha Howl isn't a significant drop 2 months into the league. This isn't a card you'll see often and you most definitely want to see it day 1 of the league. By default it is hidden even on semi-strict. There's a lot of cases like that.

I always default to Lunaris every league because relearning what items look like on the ground seems like a bad idea.

I am one of the rare grandpa's who uses and updates their original filter every single league for my endgame, but use someone else's leveling filter 🤫

i wont lie the UI and way the website is layed makes it feel way more complicated than it should be
