What's happening it looks fine when I'm recording the game but when I go to watch the video it super laggy how do I fix

Yea but the thing is my obs 3 days ago is working so good with 60 fps and my computer got laggy so hard that it need to be reformat and when I downloaded obs again it's now straight up lagged the recording but the actual game don't even lag and also when I record on obs the screen is like glitching. Idk hiw to fix this but uhh ok
