I am looking for this type of product to film outdoor football matches, and sometimes the weather conditions can be complicated for such a product.

Is the rotation locked in solid for panning? Example, would high winds make it turn? Looking for a rotating pan mount for a GoPro that will not pan unless told to in face on wind. I don’t want the wind to push on the camera and in return allow the camera to start to rotate. Only when I use remote.
