Hi! First of all, I want to make sure that this workout really works. I know this because I did this workout for 2 days and I lost about a kg. In addition to the fact that I lost weight, these exercises gave me a feeling of well-being.

Day 1:Don't notice much but I didn't think it would
Day 2:Swim practice
Day 3:Woke up sore new I was really gonna be tired after this one😅
Day 4:for personal reasons had to skip
Day 5:got threw it my dog even tried to help out😂
Day 6: starting to notice that i feel alot better threw out the day and even less hungry
Day 7: Swim practice 🏊♀️

day 1: I was really sweaty after I finished the exercises and my legs hurt a bit. also tommorrow I won't be able to do the workout because I won't be at home at all, but I'll keep you updated on Mondayyy
day 2: I didn't really sweat today like the other time, I felt it much easier and it was also fun! it helped me relief the stress from school. I don't see any changes in my appearance yet, but I hope that I'll see some soon !

here’s some info that i observed when i first started it
Day 1: ntg much but it was tiring
Day 2: When i finished this it was as tiring at day 1 but the next morning I noticed my waist was smaller like maybe a 1-2 inches smaller
Day 3: The exercise was better a bit tiring
Day 4: Noticed my waist got more smaller and that my school skirt was very loose
Day 5: (tmr)
i’ll come back tmr consistence is key!!

ОтветитьHey guys my birthday party is in 6 days so I’m gonna do this everyday till the 7th day and I’ll post updates on here. Some things to take into consideration, I lift weights 4 days a week for school and I dance for 3 hours one day out of the seven and I have an injured foot so I modified jumping squats to normal squats.
Day One: I was very warm but only sweat a little. I wore a belly strap that makes it sweat more. Did this in an empty stomach and it felt pretty good. Didn’t need any breaks but an ad interrupted twice.
Day 2: today I didn’t lose any weight but I noticed a difference in my looks and how I performed the workouts. I sweat a lot and I did the exercises with better execution and my breathing was easier!
Day 3: today was great I lost a pound so far which is about half a kilogram and I notice a different in my stomach. I did this on a full stomach and it seemed a little harder so I will eat after next time. I was warm with sweaty palms and I didn’t breath super hard but had consistent full breaths.
Starting today. My weight is 58kgs 170cm height. Goal is 54kgs
