You would have to look like Eugina Cooney to fit that (no fat or muscles). If you are healthy and very skinny you still wouldn't fit because your ribcage would get in the way. If these clothes can barely fit your skeleton and you would need to be the same size as 5 year old child you would need to be malnourished through childhood to make sure your bones don't grow. Is that what they want?

I lived in China for years, there where times that 5xl was often too small for me. As I’m busting the the seams, sleeves going mid forearm too short.

these sizes didn’t go based off humans, they used cats 😭 no other way there was any reason for the largest size to be fitting for a medium sized cat
