Ricoh How to reset admin password if forgot in Ricoh photocopier?

@ricoh.support i tried to change nvram ! . is there anything looks like it , and its dangerous to replace wrong one, because there are actually 3 of these memories, there are 2 on the upper board and there are 2m-1 and 2m-2 on them , when i replace one of them or i switch them and then turn on printer then restart , it asks me to put new supervisor password and new admin password and i do , then i connect printer only by wifi , and can not print, can not connect it to computer or to phone because there is x mark on the QR code, a lot of settings options are missing, and printer name mp2555 instead of mp 4055 , do you think i messed it up ??

I came a month ago and read comments, then i ordered an nvram it called fuser nvram in some websites, i barely found one the seller said it will fit mp 4055 , its a spider piece with 8 legs , removable, it showed functional problem when i changed it and still have option for login with password 😢🥲
