I wonder why China had so much fighting spirit in the Korean War than they did against the Japanese in WW2?

Love god and love all people. 😊Believe in the gospel Jesus Christ for Jesus Christ shed his blood and died for the sins of the world and he was buried and rose again from the dead three days later. For Jesus Christ God almighty and the flesh and if you believe in the gospel you are spiritually reborn into the family of God.

It's a short video. Guessing they can go into detail but this video is flawed and biased. There's some truth but it's missing the bigger truths

Now both UN & US have become toothless tigers. So if Korean War breaks out again, it's only the Koreans themselves who must fight for their nation.

Before WW2 the Japanese occupied Korea as most colonialists do by steeling the countries recourses and oppressing its people. After WW2 the U.S took over where the Japanese left off in almost the exact same way. The 38th Parallel was put in place by the U.S. It was the U.S that split the country. The Korean War was one of the first in a long line of U.S wars fought in the name of Capitalism (money) after WW2 until the present day. Thankyou America.

My uncle fought in the Korean war (for the Americans) and during his late stages of Alzheimer's disease, every time he saw episodes of M*A*S*H* on TV, he thought that he was seeing live footage of the Korean war.

I am going to tell a true story here. Li Yong, the person in the story told it to me. Li Yong was a theatre major at Boston University. That year, he was cast as Romeo in the Shakespearean play Romeo and Juliet. Juliet was played by an American girl named Sandy.

Sandy was the daughter of a Korean War veteran named Roy. Roy used to tell his family about one incident during the War that was etched in his memory: One night the U.S. soldiers encountered the North Koreans in the dark. He was lying prone by a hillock ready to shoot any approaching enemy. A sudden thunderclap and bright lightning revealed a Chinese soldier standing right before him with a gun pointing at his head. Startled, horrified, gaping at the enemy, instead of firing a shot, he froze. The Chinese soldier hesitated, kicked Roy's rifle away, bent over, jerked off the gold chain and the pendant dangling from his neck, and walked away. Roy always wondered why the Chinese soldier did not kill him.
Li Yong was stunned by Sandy's story. He reached a hand to his neck from which a chain and a pendant hung. He took the chain and pendant off and showed them to her. The pendant opened to a small picture of a young American couple. On one side of the pendant words and numerals were engraved. The words read "Roy Ferguson." This pendant and the chain were given to Li Yong by his father before he left home. His father said: "If by any miracle you find this person, give it back to him."
Li Yong's father was a Chinese veteran of the Korean War. In one combat against the Americans, at one dark moonless night, he moved toward an American soldier lying prone on the ground. He was about to shoot him when a blast of thunder and lightning almost blinded him. He saw his enemy, a very young boy, with a frightened expression; his large eyes hooded under thick lashes, emerald green, as revealed by that flash of lightning, begged for mercy. His heart rent and Soldier Li's hand softened. He couldn't kill the boy. He never wanted to kill in the first place. He jerked off from the American's neck a chain and pendant, perhaps as a souvenir?
Who would believe that the children of the two soldiers of opposing camps would one day meet and play opposites in Romeo and Juliet? Isn't it drama within a drama?

Many people call this “The Forgotten War”

But we Koreans have never forgotten about all the lives sacrificed for this nation.

I deeply thank those brave soldiers that fought for us, they are the reason we’re living a free life.

let's take a look at Japan, a war crimes country that time. They didn't split Japan like they split GERMAN into West and East. Instead they choose Korea.
This is a mutual act between American leader and Japan to save them from punishable war crime, especially America use of atomic bomb twice, it's not regulated at the time.

Let's be honest, During the Korean War,
1.compared with the Chinese army, 12 countries United Nations army had 30 years advanced weapons and 10 times the firepower and ammunition.
2. The Chinese army has very less tanks, no aircraft, no artillery. But UN army had them
3. The Chinese army wore thin clothes in the winter and had insufficient food supplies. Many soldiers died of freezing and starvation.

But China still win Korean War with death ratio 1.2 : 1

If China didn’t interfered with the Korean War, Korea would have been unified. If the US didn’t exclude Korea from Acheson Line, there wouldn’t be a catastrophic tragedy between Koreans. If the USSR didn’t illegally occupy the Northern part of the peninsula, there wouldn’t be a division between South and North. If Japan didn’t annexed Korea, there wouldn’t have been ideological conflicts within the society.
Korea is a living victim of diplomatic games of the great powers.
