Tiny keychain light produces 45 lumens and is rechargeable.
ОтветитьGreat light to slap on the outside of your pack to find your way around in the car/pack at night.
ОтветитьVery cool to see
ОтветитьI've had mine for two weeks now and I love it........
Ответитьwhy is the buib exposed? is that vulnerable? also does not look like LED. but 46 lumens is pretty impressive!
ОтветитьHey Gandalf.
ОтветитьWhat state are you in? The weather you describe sounds exactly like what we had in Colorado Springs last weekend.
ОтветитьHey I was wondering if you didn't mind taking a look at my first Real karambit video and tell me what you thought about it since I am subscribed to you andyou were the first person I thought about one making the video with your profession all of your karambit videos. It would mean a lot thanks ( tac force karambit) my channel is (Monday tactical)
ОтветитьJust ordered one (translucent model) because of your review. Thanks!!
ОтветитьThis is awesome! Need to get this little thing.
ОтветитьNice vid...
ОтветитьYou dont need that micro usb to full size usb adapter unless you need to charge with a full size usb charger or computer usb port. The micro usb charger that comes with most phones will plug straight into the torch
i have had one for a few months now and no probs with it. It is an excellent keyring torch. I use it every now and again and only had to charge it once
just ordered 2 for a total of $10.96 thx :)
Ответитьvery cool never seen nothing like that..very neet
ОтветитьThank you so much for the discount code. I have ordered 5 pieces.
ОтветитьNice flashlight
ОтветитьVariable output makes this a winner. For most EDC stuff, 10 lumens is just fine. 1 is not enough and 45 draines the battery in an hour.
ОтветитьI'm in the market for a rechargeable keychain light. Had been considering the Nextorch GL10, but this Nitecore seems better. Definitely more lumens in a smaller size. Hmm. I wonder how many times you can recharge it. I guess it doesn't matter much at that low price though.
ОтветитьIs it still working now?
ОтветитьWish I knew about this light before buying the Streamlight Nano! I hate fighting with the crappy batteries, but this light seems more flexible than the nano.
Oh well, I bought 100 batteries for $4, so I'm happy to continue using the Nano.
Click the button twice and hold down and it will slowly increase from one lumen to 45 so you can stop and choose exactly what lumen you want...try it!
ОтветитьI've been eyeing this on eBay for a while but i'm not sure if it's the real stuff or fake?
Any of you know by any chance???
Great review! Thanks for taking the time but...do you own a modern phone? I only ask because the charging port on the Nitecore is clearly a micro USB port. I'm pretty certain anyone who buys it is likely to have a cable laying around to plug into it for charging.
ОтветитьThanks For The Review
Ответитьpush and hold for momentary high mode
ОтветитьCool light....would make a nice little stocking stuffer
Ответитьis it explosion proof?
Ответитьsmaller than i thought.... really powerful and its worth it... but its better if they put a bit of lens.... the light is scattered too much.
ОтветитьI subscribed just for the Gandalf thing :D It's 4am, I'm going to work in an hour and that just made my day ! Thanks for that and the review. I'm getting one now :)
ОтветитьAwe come on!! Skippable ads please Bro! Fortunately, this one wasn't 8 minutes like the last. Nice keychain light! Thanks for the code! Zip~
Ответитьjust watched a video of a guy trying to destroy the light...he finally shot it with a rifle. It is stronger then you think. My question is how long does it hold it's charge when not in use. Will it be dead in a week or does the charge last months when not being used. No point having it for times in need if you have to recharge it every day.
thinking it maybe good to add to a kit with a solar recharging kit as a little extra rechargable source of light in an emergency...should add the solar kit would be for recharging cell phone for 911 and such
The variable brightness mode is great for compromising the light level you need in any given situation for increased run time.
ОтветитьWhat's the name of that $2 light in this video? Thanks for the review.
ОтветитьI prefer the Photon Freedom micro is much better, and smaller too.
Ответитьleft mine in my pocket and ran it through the washing machine by mistake. Didnt survive.. wish these had a higher water resistant rating.
ОтветитьIt actually has a lock/lockout mode to avoid turning acidentally on inside your pocket.
From Nitecore Tube manual (available online): "Lockout/Unlock
With Tube turned on, press and hold the switch for three seconds. Tube will lock out after a flash of the
LED to avoid accidental activation during carry. To unlock, press and hold the switch for three seconds
again."
You do not need an adaptor to charge it as any android charger will charge it and use the android cable because the iphone one will not work (Duh!! Apple as always, grossly overated).
Also the variable light is as it says on the tin,,,,,, It's variable so when you reach the brightness you want you just let go of the button and it will stay there at the set brightness. So really you just don't have 2 settings for the light you have it variable and as bright or as dim as you want.
Super little light though. I just picked a Nitecore up for £4.40 on eBay and also I bought 2 lookalikes but the innards are exactly the same and the only reason they were £2.99 is because they did not have the "NITECORE" embossed on it.
I bought 4 and just use my phone charger, standard plug
