Hope this help. Dealing with several medical trauma. Trying everyday to make it through all the Drs, my medical conditions and battle my mind and body to live. People around me don’t understand. Been taught it is ok to cry, as do other release. Been taught it is ok to scream tiger it out. Otherwise get other medical conditions. Trying to prepare for a medical procedure now so quite frighten on how to make it through. Am a Tbi and amputee survivor. Got yelled at, humiliated, criticized and verbal abused just now. Thrown me off and have to find the strength. Am not even allowed to cry out the frustration, the pain in inside body and try to do what rehabilitation said to do just to make it through. Am not even allowed Tory. Am having a panick attack and get confused on what steps need to get done to make through this procedure. Pray for me please to maeittrough. Supposed to surround myself with peace and calm. Get yelled at everyday. Wish there was an X-ray or a way for people to seethe hell that happens inside my body which don’t have control over. The movements, electrical shocks, not being able to transfer all the way trying to tell myself I can make it . Trybingso hard to stay alive but .. is reading me down and making sicker. Developed sever panic attacks andsuchsince it is sogardto make it. But I am trying. The only one gave is me to give myself to overcome. That it is tiring. How do you all survive? I've only just started using this but I wanted to note something encase it helps others- I've noticed thar after doing a playlist of "block removers" or programs aimed to cleanse the subconscious etc the energy around me starts to feel quite oppressive and weighted down - like I'm filling it with all the crap I'm trying to expel lol im sure it would naturally disperse with rest and then continued use of the block removers - but that's not really my way lol I've started playing this when I get that feeling- and it works wonders!
