Isn't eating a lot of food/protien bad for your longevity?
All the health experts are suggesting to fast but my body type doesn't hold on to muslce well, i have to constantly feed/over feed.. and make sure my protien is high to see any progress.

Ответитьcalories in vs calories out is simply horrible. if you take in low quality calories and you burn just a bit more than you ate you will lose weight and your health cause your calories didnt fulfill the purpose your body wanted with what you ate. if your goal is to lose weight with this simple step, you'll be a skeleton soon and surely you got what you asked for.

I don't think people with pimples, skin tags, rashes and poor hair are very asthetic.
Can some say as well a list of what meals that go along with this just saying carbs fat protein doesn’t tell me oh I should eat rice and beans or chicken breast nd eggs ya know wtf exactly can I eat meal wise that has the nutrients that I need that would help a lot like I can now know what exactly to eat instead of just getting the math right

ОтветитьSorry it is absolutely not true that simply a caloric deficit, while eating anything will keep you the same weight. If you eat sugar processed foods at your BMR you will become fat, flabby, bloated and start slowing your metabolism down. You will then have to consume less calories but you wont know it, so you will become fatter. This doesn't even take into account hormones or, say if you are taking prednisone, depression mwds etc..those mess your hormones and start internally processing foods into fat, even healthier foods. What you are saying is a good foundation for understanding but it is absllutely, and continuously proven that they type of food matters.

ОтветитьSomething to know is that if you focus on all 3 over time you can get good but you will most likely reach your limit in all 3 at a lower point than someone focusing on one. Good at everything but not great.
