Lololololol.
It's a shame only 1 thumbs up can be given for this work. Good job, man.
I think it's appropriate to call your composition 'Aeolian' if you are a 12th century monk presenting his work to the local religious authority. They had tight rules for music and the minor third was referred to as the "Devil's interval". Modern music follows the rules down entirely new pathsways.
ОтветитьJust WoW!
Ответить“OOOO I GOT A SECRET THAT I THINK I WANNA TELL YOU”
Jake, you boner, I’ve got that stuck in my head now 😂
Nicely done! Catchy as hell
Sorry, I can't take you seriously. A song is the style of Tool is át least 15 minutes long.
Ответитьok I definitely do NOT understand why you aren't getting paid millions in royalties for writing billboard 200 sleeper hits for people who CAN sing!
ОтветитьWOAH I'm new to this channel. Were you living in Key West or Oahu or something at this point? You totally changed colors.
ОтветитьActually Sonic stole that lick from AWB "Pick up the pieces"
ОтветитьOoh woah-oh... Yeah
ОтветитьYou should actually produce the last song, the intro is million bucks
ОтветитьThat's awsome..from funk to tool to mid-grunge-iesque ... smile all along, Good Job!
ОтветитьGreat Show I Loved It Wow Applause Milwaukee
ОтветитьYou look like Micheal Knowles from the Daily Wire.
Ответитьchilli peppers - give it away riff
ОтветитьAWESOME! Your Tool song is nice. Wish you'd make a complete song out of that.
ОтветитьThe best channel!
ОтветитьI love how much fun you have making music. So dope.
Ответить"i've got a secret i want to tell you"
ОтветитьDude! You rock!
ОтветитьI pissed myself listening to song 3. Song 2 was amazing. Song 1 was crying for some Lenny Kravitz funk. Good stuff friend
ОтветитьDude, thank you so much, you just help me get the formula to make a Metallica Ballad
ОтветитьMy brain right now 🤯. So much great information. Now I have to practice it and memorize it. Thanks!
ОтветитьYou are a better singer than 99% of the singers out there.😂
ОтветитьHahaha the slowly rotating Fibonacci spiral 😂😂😂
ОтветитьThat tool esq song is 🔥.
ОтветитьYou did really well as Maynard in the Tool rendition 👍🏻
Ответить😂Yeahhhhh
ОтветитьThis is unreal!! Thank you so much for every video you make, I learn something new EVER TIME!!!
ОтветитьSounds like Ty Tabor doing a Tool cover, LOL. LOVED IT!
ОтветитьI envy this man so much!! If I had his skills I would never have another boring day again 💗 great work!!
ОтветитьThank you very much! This is one of the best instructional videos on music Theory and how to record that I've seen yet, because the practical application is shown right in front of our faces.
Excellent job man!
Actually inspires me to buy a few new things.
I figured the ptb would appreciate that.
What are your recommendations for a compatible system that provides zero latency, if possible?
Latency in computer recording drives me insane!
Curious, what do You think is the best audio interface and is it even possible to have an inexpensive, somewhat introductory level, home audio interface that provides basically zero latency with a particular program and a particular computer system?
I find compatibility issues among devices to be incredibly frustrating..
Destroys my creativity.
Never totally sure what to buy. I've wasted large amounts of money on things that didn't work with other things.
I'm Highly impressed by what you do!
Subscribed and yes I tapped the Bell as recommended by your Nifty little song..
👍😆
Tried to replicate and my result was "all my little ducks" from a 3 year olds perspective... while under water in the bath tub....
ОтветитьThis is so cool, thanks for insight Jake
ОтветитьMy favorite tutorials by far! Thank you for the awesome content and inspiration!
ОтветитьWhen you said you were turning that funk song into a tool song I was like nah this should be good. Then 🤯 holy F
Ответитьlmao you did a pretty damn good MJK
ОтветитьGoldmine...what a great video..!!
I 've no words enough to thank you!
good lesson, fun also
ОтветитьI swear the third example was like an AI rendition of the 90s
ОтветитьYou are a god damn inspiration man! I really admire your grasp and enjoyment of music and music theory! Can you give some insight into how long it takes you to realize these concepts while you compose or are they, at this point, just flowing out of you more or less?
Keep it up!
Lmfao lyrics should have said something about being probed lol. nice tune though!
ОтветитьAnother great tutorial, Jake! Very helpful! Thanks!
Ответитьhow did you get that guitar sound for the tool song? it sounds kind of swirly like adam jones but i cant tell if thats an effect or just the guitar tone
