thanks a lot tech -- every other answers to this questoon was close to what u said but not correct and did not work out in whole-however--your answer did really help and I am able to use my macbook otherwise was deemed useless and was at the corner for more than a year as a trash .. I wanted to make it i really needed to get my iphone fixed (as the screen shows " SUPPORT from apple " so one of the option was to connect to the other computer which i am able to make it as per your guidance- hope i will be able to fix my iphone too--- u r great --hats offf --cheers --thank u thank u and thank u god bless you !
