Umm I see bleeding lol

Well I tried to do this method on my wooden signs and I still get bleeding from the edges. I get the plastic stencils from ebay . The method I use right now I use Adhesive spray onto the back of this plastic stencil and then from far away use a spray can. On some I do get sharp lines but there are times i dont . I want to make pillow cases but I feel like if I use a stencil the paint will bleed .
