Does the Sidereal meter usually replenish fully between the two marble mechanics? Is the meter shared between leaders?

Great tutorial video, just to memorise the flow of the stage involve and to know what to do at every transition is not easy. Can see there is a lot of practice and also alot of teamwork needed. 💪
