My legs are my biggest insecurity... for my upper body i wear S to M but for my Jeans and trousers i wear L to XL cause of my thighs ... its just NOT matching... Hoping for good Results!!!!!!🔥 If it works well i will DEFINITELY continue!!!

ОтветитьAs someone who had weak leg muscles from long sitting hours, doing this was tough but after 20 days it literally transformed my legs. No other leg workout gave me this much result in such a short duration.

Day one: Since I do sports the work out is not that bad initially. Theres was a burn while doing lunges though. I am going to hop on the precore for 40 minutes because I am not that swore yet.
Day two: I felt the workout more, but it didn't completely kill my legs. I am still going to hop on the precore for 40 min.
Because I’m a dancer of going on 12yrs this year, this video is absolutely perfect do follow along w when I’m outside of the studio. It keeps my conditioning in tact & my legs warm. 10/10💗

Day 1: Wow this was tough. My legs burned in almost the numb way in a few of these exercises, but I got through it.
Day 2: My legs were feeling the same burn, and it felt just as hard, but at the end, I felt like I could keep going (I didn't realize it was the end of the video!!)
Day 3: I didn't really want to do this workout today, but I did anyways, and it felt a bit better! I'm going to keep going
Day 4: Completed! Still burns though

Hey guys! I'm gonna try this for 21 days, I'll tell y'all if I get any results. Since I'm impatient af, I'm gonna do this while walking 14k steps a day. Like so I remember to update :)
Day 1: ✅ Done - It was kinda easy, did it with an ab workout.
Day 2: ❌ - Skipped.
Day 3: ❌ - Skipped, walked 2k steps.

i'm only 13 and both my knees hurt really bad just all the time and i'll get a sharp pain through both of them with things like squats but there's no good workouts that i can do that avoid squats so i hardly ever workout legs and when i do i'm crying bc my knees hurt. i also play soccer so that's where the knee pains starts just from all the running and things we do at training but someone please please please recommend a good workout that won't hurt my knees and doesn't have any lunges or squats.
