Love you're videos and podcasts. Would be interesting to see what you make with the spaghetti squash. I see so many USA vloggers use them.
Love your tip about storing the cut avocados on a plate and will give it a try. I use glad wrap and by the next day it's brown which I just scrape off but keen to try your method.
I had no idea coles or woolies sold organic salad leaves so will have to check that out too.

No, you are wrong about not wanting to show us your specific supplements, we can make up our own minds about whether or not to take them :)  I want brand names so I can look for them too, and do my own research about them.  Share all!

If you lady's have a hard time finding spaghetti squash. May I suggest something called miracle noodles (the soy free ones) they can be ordered online ingredients are water konjac flour and calcium hydroxide/lime water no calories or carbs they are easy to use and tasteless. I got sick of zucchini noodles. They are pretty awesome.
