I’ll save you guys the trouble. This video is pretty useless. If you’re trying to view your feed without seeing suggested posts just do the following:

- Click on the menu at the top right of the screen (the three horizontal lines)
- Click on “feeds”
- select the feed that you want to see (friends, groups, etc)
- you can now see a feed of ONLY the things you want without being bombarded by ads.
