ОтветитьI do these and a chest video workout every Monday. The rest of the week is divided up into videos to benefit the rest of my body. I like this on for triceps because tricep is a big muscle. The best tricep workout I've done is a skulcrusher up downs.. 25 of them I call them updowns vecause idk what to call them. It's 3 different levels of skull crushers. Just do 5 each level down then back up. On anything really. Just find 3 different heights. U can move forward and back to increase how hard it is. Good stuff

ОтветитьI like this workout. It's harder than the ones I did in adc. We used to do 25 skull crushers, 3 different bars. Each bar 5 times a piece, down and back up. Good workout. These allow no limits. I used to count. Ever since I stopped counting I've improved.
