Restoration? Have you ever heard of a torque wrench? You didn't even scuff the cylinder walls with a hone, let alone replace the rings. The way you treated the crankshaft journals when tapping the piston/rod assembly back into the cylinder made me cringe. What did you do about extracting and replacing the twisted-off studs in the block and accessory-mounts? What about the parts that you melted with the torch? Oh well, a little paint makes up for a lot. Lucky this engine/generator-set appears to be very low in torque and horsepower, otherwise it would never stand-up to such primitive abuse. What a joke!

Hola un consejo antes de empezar a desarmar un motor asi de oxidado primero lavarlo despues de que este seco un baño con diseel y dejarlo reposar un dia completo asi se aflojaran todos los tornillos y te evitarás estar batallando y rompiendo

Вкладыши коленчатого вала вечные и реставрации не подлежат. Как и обоймы в которых вкладыши находятся. Их не нужно разбирать, это на ресурс не влияет.Шатунные вкладыши тоже вечные.
А вот насчёт поршневых колец я не уверен.
Руки у мастера золотые, заменяют динамометрический ключ.
Прокладки мастеру не нужны, герметик умеет всё.
Глушитель... не нужен глушителю виброкомпенсатор, вы всё врёте.

Ну и альтернатор. Посмотрел он на это и заплакал.

Пришлось болгарку в розетку включать на минимальных оборотах. Чтобы не остановился, болезный.
