I just started my new photography job a couple of days ago. But the trainers are supervisors as well so they often are running around doing other things so it does not feel like 1 on 1 training; and that is how I learn. 😔

I think I am going to just buy my own camera and practice on my own. I love photography so I am trying to work through the chaos with new job but I thought my training would be different honestly.

EVERYTHING that you explain is exactly what is required to begin the career of being a photographer. Unfortunately, there's an ever growing overwhelming naySayer crew - sorta speak, out there who seems to be pounding the message that becoming or getting into the professional aspect of photography isn't a good idea.
I won't discuss the negativity they sow, but it's for those types of negitive mindset people who alot of amateur photographers/videographers, seem to pay more attention to than people like you who like to spread the positivity to those who want to advance their expertise in the field. Kootos to you!!

I wish I would’ve took photography classes in highschool for experience. It takes creativity and vision , not everyone has those qualities. 🔥
