I've been seeing this style of cooking on T.V.
Does nobody worry about cooking in plastic? Nobody worries about possible toxins leaching into their food?
I just don't understand COOKING in plastic. Cold storage, okay? But cooking in hot temps with food in direct contact with the plastic?
I'll stick with metals and glass. You know, things that melt at 2000 degrees F, not something that can melt over a candle flame.
