No spending no limit on mine

On my business account there’s nothing even says spending limit but I can’t put on ads no more beca it’s says im over my spending limit. Anyone figure it out how to fix it yet?

The most fuckedup shit system ive experience. This meta shit system even gave a limit on prepaid...like wtf? Prepaid ads user cant even set a limit, and they gave a limit?
