COUNT, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS functions in Google Sheets

In one cell of I've the following

["123-A-11", "123-A-1", "123-A-15", "123-A-21", "123-1"]

Wanna find the count of "123- only, viz it's 5

What's the command?

doesn't work that way at all this is useless!

How to count everything including text, numbers, blanks

Quick question if you can help ??
How would you multiply same cell value with two different number ??

(1) For example value of the cell is 130
I want to multiply 100 with 5 and 30 with 2 .

(2) I got another cell which value is 98 . I know I can simply multiply that with 5 .

But I want the same formula which can work for both
