Thank you mam for this information. In my case it was due to child being ill and admittted in hospital for 3.5 months. Definitely my stress levels were high at that time.I used to express, but only two times and he could be given breastmilk only for 1 month because later developed temporary lactose intolerance due to acute diarrhoea .That is resolved now. Can you please tell me how I can increase milk supply? Child is reluctant to breastfeed as he is habituated with bottle and also because my supply is very low. Will try the ayurveda food items you mentioned. Other than that please advise what I can do ? Should I be expressing every 3 hours and giving instead ?

Hello. My baby is 3 months old. I used to get v low milk supply, abt 40-50ml initially. But after that, due to poor weight gain, doctor said to put him on formula via bottle feed and gradually my milk supply has become v v less. Hardly 5-10ml. Hi mam my baby is about 9mo. We introduced him formula at 1mo but just to make a habit of bottle. We gave only 30ml milk to him. Other than that he was exclusively bf. During his 6m we tried to inc formula from 30 to 60 but suddenly baby started refusing bottle. And till now he rejecta it.
I got my period just next month post delivery. All was ok till 6m but 6moth onwards just before and during periods my supply drops a lot. And generally also its decreasing.
Now baby ia on solids but refuses formula entirely and it seems my supply ia dropping too. Although i feed him regularly.
How to help with formula feed apart from bowl spoon option and how do i increase my supply. Plz help

How can i bring my 2 months old baby to sleep properly at night. I have tried all the remedies... Removing hunger... Diaper problem... Uneasy clothes.. Soft bed.. Lullaby... White noise... Gastric trouble.. Proper burp... What else is left I don't know.. She don't even sleep properly in day time. Kindly help me in this regard.. Neither she.. Nor me can pacify our sleep..
