@vernon360961 Actually. Joe Cole was a prolific member of our back to back title winning team, also featured heavily in our recent campaigns before his departure. He got many decisive goals and left many memories at Chelsea.

Torres was an idol at Liverpool and he handed in a transfer request to join a rival club after previously saying how much he loved Liverpool then after pushing a move to Chelsea claims he is finally at a 'big' Club on ChelseaFC TV. Miereles was the same in a way.. Im sure you'f have liked it if Drogba would have handed in a transfer request to join us and then Ramires or someone did the same.

The fact of the matter is Meireles was on 35k a week at Liverpool. There was a promise of a pay rise in his contract after 9 months from the old owners. The new owners did not think he was worth the pay rise.Witch was crazy as he was our best Midfielder last season never forget that Wolves goal.

@5dicky No he wasn't at all Lucas was, Raul Meireles was one of those players were he would go missing there were times when I thought he wasn't even playing I think £12M is a good bit of business.

@basque888 Had it not been for injuries and fitness issues he would've been a very important player in the squad, the man undoubtedly has enough talent to play for a top team and considering he's english (no offence intended to any englishmen out there) his technique is exceptionally well, unlike 99% of all the other players with english nationality.
