ОтветитьI must confess I find it strange to have a listening based meditation with a prerecorded soundscape. Not that it's not just something to listen to, but I find i drowns out any environmental sound.

ОтветитьTelling a long winded personal story about a walk is not guiding someone through meditation it’s distracting and obnoxious. Plus her voice sounds unnatural and forcefully sickly sweet which is also distracting.
