Y’all don’t know the full story,he did experience it before with a doll,the doll was all destroyed by the pressure BUT still he wanted to do it.He called all those people(friend,relatives,family…) to see him “fly”.He wasn’t even a scientist or something like that,he didn’t study anything about it!He was a simple man that created clothes.He was alerted by friend,scientist,relatives,family,reporters…

The worst part is that the parachute he was trying to create, was already created by a russian dude Gleb Kotelnikov a year earlier which was a knapsack parachute. Basically the dude with balls of determination died for nothing. :(((

But it was so necessary to place an inflatable mattress or something similar...I don't think they weren't available or yet to be invented...You built the Eiffel Tower and you don't have an inflatable mattress
