The NSA, while developing exploits should have at least then started to find ways to solve said exploit, and document them in case of a breach. If they want to have something to hold over countries heads, while still being trusted by allies.

as a (former) russian resident it's actually chilling how anyone in my circles could be on the infected half but didn't
and i kinda find it ironic that russia was harmed the most by allegedely north korean hackers, as it's russia (as ussr) who is pretty much guilty of the very existence of this country

As someone who makes a living from developing [certain software] it absolutely fascinates me to hear the stories of other developers and the reasons leading up to their codes. In a world full of Snowden and Prigozhin, wannacry and cerberus, FiN7 and Contigroup, FSB and CIA.... the real big names are the ones never spoken
