We need a movie years after like in Code Geass Resurrection, where Kirito is now a game developer, recreating SAO but has the same scripts of his old game but when he logs in, the 200 year old memories start to come back and the Evil King in the game is his alter-ego he left, and he must fight to save his own consciousness before it is stolen by his alter-ego to take his place in real life.

However the Next anime season that are NOT those SAO Progressive Aincrad movies won't be out for a while possibly 2025 as the earliest.

i am just following SAO for KiritoXAsuna, its not a good series but there is a good moment here, because it shows that the bond between them is so poweful, that Asuna can feel what is going on through the head of her beloved, without the need of words.

I actually wants to see what happens on his 200 years in the simulated world. Like as a standalone movie, ova or just as a episode.. I just really wants to know

I’m nicer than a good chunk of the internet when it comes to SAO but this arc was boring as fuck! Too much exposition, Eugeo was kind of dull, it went on too fucking long, the villains were all total creeps, just not a fun experience. Not to mention Kirito and Asuna were barely together in this arc. The best part of this series is their romance! Yeah they had 200 years together in the Underworld but that shit all got erased! sigh this series has been going downhill since the Phantom Bullet arc…

i never watched alicization, does this mean kirito and asuna lived for 200 years? or is it 200 years of in-game time? In real world its like 2 years or something?

Ok, lets review.

Kirito and asuna are together in sao for 2 years. During that time they date, get married, live together, and have a daughter. On top of that, he kills a man who not only was stalking asuna but tried to kill them both. When kirito wakes up he gets up, dispite being in bed for 2 years and having no energy just to to looking for her in the hospital right away. After that, kirito goes out of his way too go save asuna from her fience/ rapiest and succeeds/ reunites with her and they date in the real world. After several girls try getting with him including his cousin he still turns them down cause asuna is the one for him. Now they just spent 200 years together, and keep in mind asuna choose to stay behind with him. To put simply if any other girl even tries to attempt to get with him now, they have already lost.

its so hard yes but if we think about it 200 years in underworld equal with 2 weeks in real world so its like a vacation and for me its the best bc u are living 200 years with someone u love, perfect.

The thing is that not everything was erased. The Kazuto in the real world still has some or all of those memories, while his Fluctlight copy is doing things in the digital world. It would be awesome if both of them met, maybe Akihiko can join in on that reunion.
